§ 26-2-9. Night lights in business places required.

(a)

The owner and operator of every place of business located within the city shall provide a night light or watchman light to be located within the premises of such place of business.

(b)

The night light or watchman light referred to in subsection (a) shall be turned on during the hours of darkness and such light shall be sufficient to establish enough light over the entire part of the building so as to provide sufficient illumination to disclose whether any person is inside the building.
